New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park celebrates the birthplace of America's most original music form right in the heart of the French Quarter. This unique urban park combines historic preservation with live music, offering families an exciting way to explore jazz history through interactive exhibits, ranger-led programs, and authentic performances in the city where it all began.

Best Season: New Orleans is great year-round, but spring and fall offer the most comfortable weather for walking around the French Quarter with kids.
